The New Trailer for the adaptation of “Paddington”

Based on the fictional character from one of Britain’s famous children’s literary stories, the bear we all know and love, “Paddington” is finally getting a film adaptation. With a cast billing such as this film has, this film could be extraordinary. Definitely will be a great children’s film. From The Weinstein Company and director Paul King comes the live-action look at the bear we all love… “Paddington

“A young Peruvian bear finds himself lost and alone in Paddington Station in London, England. To many, this bear is very different than you might think. He is alive. Soon after taking the name “Paddington”, he starts to realize that living in a city is not all that he has imagined. This is of course until he meets the Brown family. With open arms, they take him in and offer him a temporary haven. For Paddington, life is becoming very sweet, until he catches the eye of a museum taxidermist.”

Peter Capaldi (TV’s Doctor Who, Maleficent, TV’s The Hour) as Mr. Curry

Madeleine Harris as Judy Brown

Samuel Joslin (The Impossible) as Jonathan Brown

with Jim Broadbent (Harry Potter series, Moulin Rouge!, The Iron Lady) as Mr. Gruber

and Ben Whishaw (Skyfall, Cloud Atlas, upcoming In the Heart of the Sea) as the voice of Paddington

 

It is directed by Paul King.

 

Paddington will be released in theaters on January 16th, 2015.
