About - TMStash

TMStash .com or (Tech Media Stash) is a well-rounded team who are passionate in their respective field, whether it be Comics, Television, Movies, Technology, or Video Games. We built this site to cover everything in geek culture and have found a real passion for indie comics. We love the bug guys and talk about them quite often but we want this site to be for the little guys getting started. We have found that the smaller comic book publishers often times have a lot more to offer in their stories since they have been able to create new lineage from start and we want to share these with others who love comic books.

For those people that aren’t big into comic books we have content for you to. We love movies and TV show, especially comic book movies and TV show, and you may want to know how to get into these movies or just understand them better. We here at TMStash are here to help with insightful articles on not only what is hitting theaters but the backstories of the comic book characters new fans are not yet familiar with.

TMStash.com is for everyone, young, old, comic book fans, movie fans and those that are just a little curious. Our weekly podcast Comics Week in Review supplements some of the content on the site and gives you a little more insight as we can get out a lot in an hour or 2 that we might not have had time to write about during the week.

We are a tight group friends that does the site because of our passion in our respective field, we do not do  this website for the money, which is why we keep advertising to the absolute minimum to try and cover hosting costs. We are all volunteers that love being geeks and sharing our nerdom with our readers.

    Hey guys!

Firstly just wanted to say you run a great site!

Secondibably, I’m an author in a soon-to-be-released comic series and I wanted to pick your brain a bit. I’m doing pretty well on the social media front in regards to Facebook but I wanted to see if you guys profile new comics. If not, feel free to stop reading here.

    If yes (proceed below).

The comic I’m writing (illustrated by Manuela Soriani) is called “Tin”

It stars two robots, Rob and A.L.I.C.E, on a cataloguing mission in space. There is much talk and debate on their ship in regards to whom or what is an adventurer, and if a robot can exhibit these traits, when they stumble across an escape-pod containing a woman named Alice. Philosophical identity crisis aside, there will be heists, murder, self-discovery, and most importantly, adventure.

I’m planning on releasing the first issue online entirely for free. And hopefully with some help (either publisher or Kickstarter based) continue on to a few full trades.

If this is the type of thing you guys profile, please let me know and I’d love to show you some unreleased artwork and talk more about the story.

If you have time please have a look at the following website:

clunkerspace.com (currently empty, first page goes up tomorrow)

I’m always available to answer questions or even just to chat. Also, if this isn’t the type of thing you’re looking for in regards to your site, but you are interested; feel free to message me regardless!

    Best regards,

    Hi there, TMS.

Thanks for your support in the past for my illustrated book, Mandala, from Dark Horse. Hopefully you’ve seen my other new book, The Atomic Legion, written by Mike Richardson, also from Dark Horse.

I’m currently trying to Bring Back the Zone Continuum with a Kickstarter campaign, which has 11 days left. The project is based on a sci-fi comic book series from years ago about a secret society of ancients who live in Zone 27 in the heart of New York City. Global pollution has created terrible chaos in the Zones and the ancients must rely on crazy technologies from the Tech Lords in order to survive while they decide if humanity should live or die.

You can also see more about the project at: http://www.pigdogproductions.com/zonepage1.html

Thanks for taking a look, I appreciate any support you might offer,

@johnathan we appreciate your interest in the website and appreciate the advice. But do keep in mind that we all do have day jobs or are students as blogging isn’t exactly profitable. So it is very difficult for one person to stay on top of all of the news regarding movies. With that being said, John could use some help writing. If you, or anyone you know is interested in writing for the website please send me test article to findingthestash@gmail.com

Hi. I just wanted to share a link to my indie comic on Kickstarter. It’s already passed the funding goal and is now working on reaching the stretch goals. Since you cover indie comics I thought your reads might be interested. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/alexogle/infinity-pilot-the-comic-book

Hey, just sending our new graphic novel out for reviews.

Rogan must fight his way through the fantastical world of ancient Ireland to restore the lost honor of his clan. Allowed to return from exile if they pledge to serve the Ard Ri (High King) Rogan and his Fianna warriors join the struggle against the invading Sea People.
reawakening from centuries of slumber, Azathon enemy of all, once defeated by Rogan`s direct ancestor Finn Mac Tire, has arisen and brought the Sea People and Hazor their leader to Ireland with promises of plunder and land.
Rogan must find the will to succeed where Finn has apparently failed.

Rogan is a dark journey through celtic myth and legend. A rich source material reaching back thousands of years, the story of Rogan and the Fianna will appeal to readers of action packed Mythological fantasy.

Check it out if you are interested.Thanks,Art.
